WHO and HERA strike €3.5m deal to tackle antimicrobial resistence as EU enters make-or-break pharma talks

EU PERSPECTIVES - On 10 December, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Commission's Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA) have signed a €3.5m agreement. They aim to expand their partnership against antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This was just hours before EU negotiators were to enter what is hoped to be the final trilogue on the pharmaceutical package. Read more
